Aloe Veda Personal Care Private Limited ('AVPCPL') is the operator of the mobile and application-based platform, (https://www.willbazaar.com) ('Platform'). Through this Platform, AVPCPL offers comprehensive succession planning advisory and consultancy services ('Services'), including will preparation, trust creation, allied document creation, and estate planning assistance.

Applicability and Consent:

• The Privacy Policy applies to individuals who access or use the WillBazaar.com platform and/or services, whether acting personally or on behalf of another entity. These individuals are referred to as 'you' or 'User'.
• Before using the platform or services or submitting any information, Users are advised to read the Policy to understand how their information is protected, collected, used, treated, processed, and shared.
• By accessing or using any part of the platform and/or services, Users consent to the collection, use, processing, storage, treatment, maintenance, disclosure, sharing, retention, and transfer of their personal information for the purposes outlined in the Policy and in accordance with applicable laws.

• Off-line Services Information: Users may share additional information like a copy of their DIY Will, photographs, and other personal information when availing off-line services such as customized will preparation, advice, assistance in execution, attestation, storage, etc..
• Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): This includes information relating to sexual orientation; password; religion; personal identification number (PIN); physical and mental health condition; medical records; biometric information (fingerprint, facial recognition); Aadhar card and number, PAN card and number, voter ID, driving license number, passport ID and number; financial information (bank account details, payment details, billing details, digital wallet details, credit/debit card numbers, demat/fixed deposit/e-wallet/crypto-wallet details, investment information including real estate, mutual funds, stocks); information provided while availing services that is SPI; and the will itself embodying such information.
• Personal Information: This includes name, date of birth, signature (including digital), contact details (email, phone number, address), demographic information, account registration details, financial information, user-generated content, appointment information, and data accessed with authorization, marital status, voice/video recordings, communications with customer support, photograph, and testimonials.
• Personal Records: Users may digitize and upload scanned copies of identity documents (Aadhar, PAN, driving license, voter ID, passport), property papers, medical reports, etc., for availing services.
• Demographic Information: Information about the user's mobile/computer, hardware, software, device, IP address, online activity on the platform (feature usage, click paths), and survey responses may be collected.
• Other Information Automatically Collected: This includes technical information such as IP address, browser type, domain name, device size, and other software/hardware information through cookies and other technologies.

• WillBazaar.com has implemented security and privacy features for Will, Succession, and Estate Planning information, understanding its confidential nature. DIY Will data is captured under encrypted computer language, making it inaccessible to Willbazaar or its employees without prior instruction.
• Users create their own passwords, which the system cannot retrieve.
• Reasonable precautions are taken to protect user information, and account information is located on secured servers. However, security measures may not be perfect.
• Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy and to comply with legal obligations.
